Artist's Comments
This is a reproduction plaid silk dress I made after taking a bodice class from Carolann Schmitt of the Genteel Arts Academy in Gettysburg, PA. The bodice is fitted with a faux three piece back. leg o-mutton sleeves, knife pleated skirt and velvet ribbon trim.
The picture was taken in a friends home that was build in about 1900.
